Want to test their herding instinct?

We are now offering private lessons and instinct tests with Champion Herding Instructor
Adrian Lopez

Adrian Lopez, an AHBA Herding Judge, has trial wins in the USBCHA, and Cowdog Horseback Trials. Adrian has also trained dogs to Herding Championships in ASCA, AHBA,and AKC. WD Ranch is pleased to join with Adrian in providing a forum to help stock dog enthusiast to improve team work between working stock dog and handlers.

Adrian works with all types of herding bred dogs. All levels of handlers and dogs welcome. Dogs started on sheep, have opportunity to move onto cattle .

Students learn to teach the dog to release from pressure and come to better balance points in order to form a more cohesive team for work and trialing.
